抄録

A 29 year old female admitted with the neurological disorders consistent with acute myelitis was diagnosed as 45, XO/47, XXX mosaicism associated with atrial septal defect of secundum type and mild pulmonary valvular stenosis. Although the association of congenital heart disease with the chromosome aberration in the present patient might be coincidental, this case was reported because only few similar associations have been described before.
