抄録

Flucloxacillin sodium, a new isoxazo ly1 derivative of penicillin, has received extensive toxicological and reproductive investigation.<BR>In laboratory an imals, i. e. mice, rats, rabbits and dogs, the LD5Ov alues were more than 0. 67 g/kg by the intravenous route and more than 7. 6 g/kg by oral route.<BR>No abnormalities were found in subacute and chronic or al toxicity studies in rats.<BR>No adverse effects were observed upon the foetuses of mice and rats.
