抄録

This study aims to analyze cause of adjournment and the abolition about municipalities mergers conference and clarify the complicated linkage about consolidation of municipalities and inhabitants life. As a result, we ascertained that amalgamation on an equal basis affected the recessional cause of the municipalities mergers conference.
