抄録

The purpose of this study was to construct a system to learn self-reflection and evaluation of teaching behavior in teacher education during the academic years of 2009 and 2010. Two classes, Teaching Methods in Health and Physical Education Ⅱ and Instructional Planning, Methods and Assessment Seminar were utilized to support the e-learning self-reflection and evaluation system. 514 participating university students were divided into two groups: 2010 academic year(n=244)and 2011 academic year(n=270). The main findings are summarized as follows: 1. Teaching Methods in Health and Physical Education Ⅱ and Instructional Planning, Methods and Assessment Seminar were utilized to practice self-reflection and evaluation as well as lesson planning and practice. 2. It was possible to enrich teacher education by cooperation with attached facilities(a library, an information processing center, etc). 3. E-learning based self-reflection and evaluation employing duration recording, teacher interaction recording, and reflection sheets, helped students assess their performance and develop new ideas. Therefore, the construction of an e-learning-based self-reflection and evaluation system produced improvement in reflection skills on teaching.
