抄録

A method using cartridge column solid-phase extraction(SPE) was developed for the determination of Azoxystrobin as antifungal in lemon, orange and grapefruits by HPLC. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up using cartridge column SPE. Recoveries of analytes fortifi ed at the levels of 0.001g/kg and 0.01g/kg in lemon, orange and grapefruit were examined. The mean recoveries were 89%-106%, and their relative standard deviations were 7.6- 15.2%. This method is suitable to use as a simple screening test.
