抄録

In the area of human environmental studies and natural symbiosis society theory, we studied the basic framework or aim to introduce active learning and developed a method to evaluate the quality of the educational effect of active learning. By examining the educational purpose from environmental education approach and environmental sociology, the purpose of active learning is to foster the ability to live in harmony with others. Also we adopted education through nature-based experience as the basic framework of active learning. We codeveloped with an NPO a program used for college students in professional education courses that is unique in the context of Japan. In the development of methods to evaluate qualitatively educational effects, we reviewed arrival point of pro-environmental behavior studies as an academic basis of evaluation methods. We used decision-making model theory of social psychology and decision-making model of conservation behavioral intentions for the design of the questionnaire survey including “social norms", “sense of cost," and “behavioral intentions".
