社会的課題の解決に資する就労機会の創出は, 社会的包摂の現実的な手段であると考えられる。そこで, ホームレス高齢労働者や若年者就労支援事業体などとともに, 農地の再生と維持を試みるアクションリサーチを開始した。社会的包摂の理念を踏まえるのであれば, 人手不足の解消策として以上の意義を働き手が実感できるか否かが問われる。本研究では, 一定期間経過後に, このような就労機会の意義について参加者に意見を求めた。……

Job opportunity creation toward a solution of a social problem is considered to be a realistic method of social inclusion. Based on this idea, I started an action research which attempts a farmland recovery and maintenance with homeless elderly laborers and some entrepreneurs helping the youth to obtain employment.
