著者は，兼務する附属特別支援学校にあって，利害関係者との意見交換を踏まえながら教師に学びあいを働きかけることで，社会適応と同僚共生，すなわち教師が主体的に学び，関わりを通じて組織（行動様式）変容に合意することを目指した調整を図っている。本論では，主意主義的な見地から組織学習のアプローチに従った著者の働きかけとそれに伴い変容する自らの認識について述べる。

The author is holding an additional post of a special support school, and aims at that a school does coworker symbiosis with social adaptation. Social adaptation and coworker symbiosis are that a teacher learns actively and agrees on an organization (behavioral pattern) change through mutual relationship. The author has influenced active-learnings to the teachers, being based on the exchange of opinions with the off-campus stakeholders. This voluntaristic paper describes the author's coordination and some critical recognition in action.
