抄録
The purpose of this study is to establish a soundness evaluation method about the railway bridges, especially the bearing parts which is emphasis inspection parts of bridges. Inspecting the bearing parts often meets many difficulties of environments such as height, narrowness, and invisibleness about some important parts. To secure proper chances of diagnosis in enough-well investigated of bridges safety, thus we succeeded in high-precision measuring small displacements by both contactless and remote circumstances with sampling moire cameras which we developed. Then we proposed deflection angles as a quantitative figure which enable new advanced management method of safety conservation of railways, and verified the measured value of deflection angle and the usefulness of the precision of this method.
