抄録

The number of patients and death tolls with cancer increase in Japan. Personalized treatment is demanded using an anti-cancer drug suitable for a patient. The sensitivity test will perform for drug selection before treatment. In order to detect slight anti-cancer activity, the activity should be estimated from time-lapse images of the sensitivity test. As preliminary work, we have extracted morphological features from the time-lapse images. Detachability and variety were quantified as the degree of anti-cancer action. The higher dose is the more extremely the detachability increase. The detachability and the variety increase simultaneously in the control and the test. The detachability increases dramatically although the variety is restrained almost half in the highest dose. Our future work is estimation of the activity with morphological and dynamical features.
