Description
The French ESR Application Group (GARPE) organized the symposium whose findings are reflected in this book, to promote the use of ESR (Electron Spin Resonance) methods. ESR spectroscopy is very sensitive and the specific techniques derived from its use provide information on the morphological structure of matter and on its pretreatment. Among the practical applications of ESR covered here are the investigation of diffusion phenomena, of composite materials, the targetting of drugs and the detection of irradiated foodstuffs. The book also reflects the practical applications of ESR to material science, pharmacology, food chemistry and instrumental analysis.
