内容説明

This book attempts to illustrate how many of the world's most successful corporations have used dynamic principles to increase their market share, multiply their turnover, and unlock value for both shareholders and employees. Throughout the text, dynamic principles are linked to practical examples drawn from corporations in the USA, Europe and Japan. Part one focuses on the principles of dynamic management, answering such questions as "How can one make a company dynamic?", "What is value potential and where does it come from?" and "Why are growth promoters the cornerstone of corporate dynamism?" Part two puts the principles into practice, showing the reader how to select value potential; how to manage people, time and risk; and how to embed dynamism in the corporate constitution. Each chapter in parts one and two concludes with practical guidelines for management. In addition to the numerous corporate anecdotes included in the main portion of the text, the book ends with case studies of five of the world's most dynamic companies: Hanson, Bertelsmann, Cartier, IKEA and Crossair.
