"Travel Industry Law" is for both those beginning a career in the travel industry and those already working in it. It is practical in its approach to the subject and includes an invaluable self-assessment question and answer section at the end of each chapter. The book initiates candidates into travel industry law, addressing juristication within Scotland, England and Wales and covering vocational levels 1, 2 and 3. The authors, fully approved by ABTA, have also been responsible for the raising of industry standards and criteria therein, for the National Training Board over the past 18 months and are therefore well versed on the Lead Body's framework. The book also contains a question and answer section at the end of each chapter. It is aimed at students taking NBQ Levels 1, 2, and 3, BTEC and Scotvec courses on tourism as well as those already working in the industry.
