Sweet & Maxwell's European Trade Mark Reports (ETMR) provide timely reports of all important OHIM and relevant CFI and ECJ trade mark decisions. Edited by one of the top names in the field, all reports include succinct headnotes detailing the key points of such judgments. Coverage by a network of correspondents from across the community provides similarly headnoted decisions from CTM designated courts in Member States, as well as trade mark judgments of interest from domestic courts.
