Design culture now : National Design Triennial

This survey of American design cuts across the disciplines of architecture, product design and graphic design. Organized by the Smithsonian's National Design Museum, this is a catalogue of the best in architecture, interiors, environments, landscapes, producte, furniture, fashion, objects, typefaces, posters, publications, film graphics and interactive media produced in the last three years of the 20th century. Using a series of themes - branded, fluid, local, minimal, narrative , physical, reclaimed and unbelievable - it presents projects by new and established designers.
