    本研究は,ワイヤ周囲ガスを吸引しながら溶接を行うことで拡散性水素量を低減するプロセスによる低温割れ抑制効果に関する.第1報で780MPa級鋼85mmtの予熱パス間温度50℃での施工を対象として,従来法との比較により低温割れ抑制効果を示した.本報はより低温の追加試験に関する.25℃では割れは発生せず,0℃の試験では低温割れが発生した.本施工法により50℃程度の予熱低減効果があることが確認できた.

    ワイヤ周囲ガスを吸引しながら溶接を行うことで拡散性水素量を低減するプロセスが開発されている.しかしその低温割れ抑制効果はこれまで示されていない.780MPa 級鋼のGMAW 施工を対象に割れ抑制効果の検証を行った.板厚85mmt,予熱温度50℃における窓形拘束溶接割れ試験において,従来施工法では発生が見られた割れが、本プロセスでは見られず,低温割れの抑制に有効なプロセスであることが確認された.
