    本研究では,直動転がり案内のキャリッジを送り方向へ加振して周波数応答関数を測定し,加振力振幅が直動転がり案内の動特性に及ぼす影響を調査した.その結果,周波数応答関数に現われる各共振ピークでの共振振動数や減衰比は加振力振幅に依存して変化することが明らかになった.キャリッジの応答変位と摩擦力との関係から,動特性の加振力依存性は転がり出し変位領域における非線形摩擦特性によって発生しているものと考える.
