    船体を構成する防撓構造のブロックを溶接により組み立てをすると熱変形が生じ、設計寸法とは異なる寸法となってしまう．これをガスバーナーにより矯正する必要があるが、このひずみ取り作業は熟練技能者に頼る部分が多いため寸法管理や技術伝承の点において問題となっている．本研究では、防撓構造のひずみを取り除くことができる線状加熱の加熱法案をComplex MethodとFEMを統合したシステム構築を行った．

    線状加熱(ぎょう鉄)は，船体外板を形成するために古くから用いられ、加熱により発生する塑性変形を利用し曲げ加工を行う技術である．しかしながら、線状加熱は作業者の経験と勘に頼る部分が多いため、寸法管理や技術伝承の点において問題となっている。そこで本研究では，効率的に任意形状を作成するための加熱方案を得ることを目的に，熟練技能者が用いる加熱速度の使い分けを考慮したAI線状加熱システムの構築を試みた。
