    仮付け溶接の長さや間隔などの施工条件によって,仮付け溶融時に大きな開き変形が生じ,高温割れが発生する可能性が考えられる.そこで本研究では,高温割れ問題において高温割れを防止する仮付け施工条件を得ることを目的に,遺伝的アルゴリズムとFEM熱弾塑性解析を統合したシステムを構築し,突合せ溶接解析時における高温割れ問題に適用することで,高温割れ問題における本手法の有用性について検証する.

    炭素鋼溶接金属部において梨形割れが発生するが,梨形割れは溶接高温割れの一種である.レ形開先溶接継手に発生した梨形割れの観察を実施し,凝固割れであることを特定した.梨形割れが発生した炭素鋼溶接金属に対して,トランスバレストレイン試験を実施し凝固割れ感受性を評価した結果について報告する.

    薄板端部の極近傍をレーザ溶接した場合に、溶接凝固割れの発生が懸念されるが、その防止対策として、溶接部近傍への補助加熱が考えられる。本研究では、その補助加熱の凝固割れ防止効果を数値解析により検証した。その結果、溶接部近傍を補助加熱することで凝固割れを防止・抑制できる可能性が示唆された。
