    球面先端ツールを用いた摩擦攪拌プロセス(FSP)によって,高強度低合金鋼溶接継手の止端部に対し,形状の改善や結晶粒微細化,圧縮残留応力導入等の効果を得ることができ,疲労強度の改善に有効であることを前報にて示した.本研究では,ツールの回転速度や移動速度等のプロセス条件を変化させたFSP の施工によって,継手の疲労強度に影響を及ぼす支配因子の特定と,更なる改善のための適正条件の探索を試みた.
