    摩擦攪拌接合は、ツールの回転により接合対象部に摩擦および塑性流動を生じさせることによって接合する。本研究では,数値シミュレーション手法の一つである粒子法を用いてFSWの接合過程をモデル化し,解析結果を有限要素法に適用する手法の構築を行う.また,損傷評価指標を導入することによる欠陥発生箇所の予測や,FSWツール形状パラメーターの最適化や被接合材の欠陥評価を可能とするFSW解析手法の提案を目指す。

    大型鋼構造物建造時には溶接が使用されており,その継手部に高い応力集中が存在することが知られている。そのため、溶接が完了した後に、溶接によって生じた引張残留応力の低減を目的として、溶接後熱処理が施工される。PWHT後の継手の健全性を評価する上で、残留応力の評価は非常に重要である。そこで本研究では、理想化陽解法FEMを用いたPWHT解析手法の構築を行い、本手法の有用性について検討する。

    溶接構造物に存在するき裂の進展挙動は,溶接残留応力に大きく影響される.従って,残留応力を考慮した破壊の評価や寿命予測が重要である.特性テンソルは応力拡大係数と比例関係にあり,応力分布から計算できることから,特性テンソルの計算を通して簡単に特異場の評価が可能である.本研究では,突き合わせ溶接を想定した残留応力場中のき裂において特性テンソルを計算し,応力拡大係数を予測することで特異場の評価を行った.

    溶接で生じる変形・残留応力は,有限要素法により精度よく予測できるが,溶接部の形状を忠実に再現する三次元ソリッド要素を用いることが基本であり,多大な計算時間を要する.本稿では,圧縮補剛板に用いられる継手形式であるT形継手のすみ肉溶接を対象として,二次元シェル要素を用いることですみ肉溶接のシミュレーションを効率化する方法を提案する.

  • Application of small microchip laser to laser peening  [in Japanese]

    新たに開発された小型マイクロチップレーザを用いてレーザピーニングを施工し、残留応力測定によって施工条件を評価・選定した。その後、選定された施工条件で突合せ溶接試験片にレーザピーニングを施し、疲労試験によって評価した。小型レーザを用いることで、現場で適応可能な携帯型レーザピーニング装置が実現可能になり、新設のみならず、既設構造物の補強にも使え、自重分の応力キャンセルによる効果増大も期待できる。
