    前報において,オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼の凝固割れ感受性と第二相生成に及ぼす炭素の影響を報告した.本報では,第二相生成形態や凝固偏析などの凝固現象と凝固割れ感受性の関係を調査した.合金元素としてのNb,Ti,Zr を比較すると,Ti 添加ではMC 相生成が最も速く,偏析量も大きく低減した.これによりBTR の減少効果が最も大きいことがわかった.
