    CFRPに無欠陥で穴あけが可能な加工法として、ソフトマシニングを提案する。ソフトマシニングでは、工具を定速で送らず、CFRPの層間剥離を生じるスラスト力以下の一定荷重を負荷することで工具送りを達成する。ソフトマシニングでは、ハイスドリルにおいてもCFRP積層板に高精度で穴あけが可能で、最適な加工状態が維持されるように、ドリルが自律的に送り速度を決定してることが明らかとなった。
