    本研究では単分子接合の電流-電圧特性・表面増強ラマンスペクトル(SERS)の同時計測システムを開発し、単分子接合における分子吸着サイトの特定を行う事を目指した。実験は室温大気中で行い、微細加工法により作製した金電極を用いてMCBJ法により単分子接合の作製を行った。1'4ベンゼンジチオール分子(BDT)に適用することにより、BDT単分子のSERSシグナルの検出し、分子吸着サイトの同定に成功した。
