    W-RHEED法はナノ領域の表面構造解析を行う上で重要な手法であり、SEMのナノ電子ビームと組み合わせた「ナノビームW-RHEED法」により、試料を方位角に回転させながら数百枚の回折パターンを撮影することでナノ表面の表面観察と表面構造解析が可能となる。<br>今回はナノビームW-RHEED法を用いて、マイクロパターンを施したシリコンウェハ(110)表面の構造を解析した結果を報告する。

  • Fabrication of micropatterned surface for cancer cell sorting  [in Japanese]

    表面改質技術を用い、癌・正常細胞を簡便に選別可能なマイクロ加工基板の開発を行った。細胞接着/阻害領域を作り分け、細胞一つがかろうじて接着できるパターンを作製し、単一細胞の接着能を評価してきた。今回、接着領域を掘り下げたホール構造配列を作製すると、癌細胞が優先的に接着することが分かった。癌・正常細胞を50:50で混合播種した結果、98%の確率で癌細胞が接着し、細胞腫の選別が可能となった。
