本研究では，3組の光ファイバ変位計を用いて，スタイラス先端球の変位と方向を検出する3Dタッチプローブを提案している．前報から，変位計先端と先端球の間隔を増すことでXYZ方向の感度が等方化することが実験的に明らかになった．本報では，1本の変位計で球表面を測定する際の軸方向と半径方向の変位特性をシミュレーションと実験により検証する．
