    ガラスは光学機器や半導体など幅広い分野に応用され,精密な微細溶接技術が要求されている.ピコ秒パルスレーザを用いた溶接法では,ガラス内部に非線形吸収によりレーザ光を吸収させることで精密な溶接が可能であるが,レーザ光の集光特性がガラスの溶融形状に与える影響は大きい.そこで本研究では,ガラス内部のレーザ光の集光状態が溶融形状に及ぼす影響の検討および破断試験による接合強度の評価を行った.
