Abstract
Transmission electron microscopic observation was conducted to visualize molecular assembly and thin films of natural and artifitial lipids, bolaamphiphiles, triglycerides and cadmium salt of fatty acids. New methods by using Ge decoration and cryo-observation were established to characterize molecular orientation in crystals and thin films.
