凝固組織予測における核生成パラメータの考察 Effect of Nucleation Parameters on Predicted Solidification Microstrutures
Solidification microstructures were calculated by using the CA-DFD coupling method. The influence of nucleation parameters resulting in the equiaxed structures, the deviation of nucleation density and the maximum nucleation density in the bulk liquid, on the microstructure was investigated. The recursive scanning method was useful obtaining the nuclei and grain densities through recording of the nuclei position and nucleation time. The relationship between pre-defined nuclei density, effective nuclei density and grain density was discussed. Calculated grain density was mainly determined by effectively nucleated nuclei density.
