高速油圧ターボモータの研究 Studies on the High-speed Hydraulic Turbo-Motor
In this paper, the author has presented a high-speed hydraulic turbo motor using a negative damping flow force causing self-excited oscillation of the valve.<BR>Traditional turbo machines employ a flux of momentum for fluid passing out and into the control volume. However, the turbo motor studied here is driven by the flux of the momentum passing out and into the control volume plus the rate of change of momentum within the control volume of the turbo motor.<BR>A theoretical analysis regarding equations of the turbo motor and some experiments were made. According of the results of the simulations using the Runge-Kutta Method, it could be clarified that the rate of change of the momentum within the control volume increases the rotational speed of the turbo motor.<BR>As a result of these, about 40, 000 rpm was obtained at 10 MPa and 60°C. The theoretical computations were in good agreement with the experimental results.
