球状黒鉛鋳鉄のミクロ変形機構に及ぼすパーライト率の影響に関するFEM解析 FEM Analysis on Effect of Pearlite Fraction on Microdeformation Mechanism in Ductile Cast Iron
In this study, in order to investigate microdeformation mechanism in ductile cast iron, elastic-plastic FEM analysis is performed on the model with various volume fraction of pearlite in the matrix assuming graphite nodules as holes. As the results of calculation, existence of ferrite ring around the graphite nodules in bull’s eye matrix decreases equivalent stress concentration at perpendicular direction to the tensile loading. Also, with decreasing fraction of pearlite, flow stress decreases and the stress concentrated portion changes from the pearlite portion near the ferrite / pearlite interface to the other pearlite portion near the eutectic cell boundary.
