抄録

According to the PRTR law, which was enacted in July 1999, the discharge amounts to the environment and transportation amounts of 354 hazardous chemicals should be reported to the public in 2002.<BR>In this paper, with concerning the enactment process of this PRTR law, what can be done and how companies, administrations, and environmental NGOs should be changed are discussed. Furthermore, how to use the PRTR date and the related information to management of waste is also discussed.
