抄録

Twelve patients who had tracheal invasion of thyroid papillary carcinoma were undergone surgical treatment. Six out of twelve patients were performed extensive resection of trachea.<br>These patients were treated for trachea construction with Collagen Sheet. Although this method needs long term observation, about two or three months, to close trachea stoma, in result, the patients swallowing, breathing, and expectoration were normal. Five patients had been succsessful, but one was unsuccessful by infection of Collagen Sheet.
