Abstract

A 44-year-old woman with van Recklinghausen's disease was admitted to our hospitalbecause of epigastralgia and back pain. Endoscopic examination showed two nodular lesionsat the papilla of Voter and accessory papilla. Biopsy specimen showed carcinoid tumor of theduodenum and pancreaticoduodenostomy was perfumed. Von Recklinghausen's disease fre-quently accompanies neurogenic tumor. However, this is a rare case of duodenal carcinoidtumors with two lesions accompanied by von Recklinghausen's disease.
