抄録

The vanadyl-phthalocyanine (VOPc) films were prepared by MBE method on the KBr and quartz substrates. They were treated in organic gas. The film thickness prepared on KBr was 96nm. The morphologies of VOPc films were characterized with the optical absorption spectra of visible and infrared regions (VIS/UV) and SEM image. The second and third hormonic generations (SHG and THG) of VOPc film were also measured by Maker fringe method using a Nd-YAG laser. From results obtained, we concluded that the transition from pseudomorphic epitaxy to epitaxy of VOPc film was caused by the treatment in organic gas and also showed that the nonlinear optical properties of VOPc film were improved by the transition.
