Abstract

症例は47歳女性．小腸腸閉塞症の診断にて入院．腹部CT検査にて小腸の一部に三層の類円状構造を認め，腹部超音波(US)検査にてcrescent-in-doughnut signを認めたため，成人腸重積症と診断した．また，USにて重積部腸管内の腫瘤性病変が観察され，外科手術の結果，inflammatory fibroid polypを重積の先進部として確認した．比較的稀な原因による成人腸重積症であると同時に，術前検査としてのCTおよびUSの有用性を示す症例と考えられた．
