抄録

We researched about speaking abilities of Cerebral Palsy ; 64 group included 73 people who were born in Apr. 1964 to Mar. 1969, and 86 group included 52 people who were born in Apr. 1986 to Mar. 1991. The speakers with motor speech disorder were reduced from 31 (64 group, 42.47%) to 10 (86 group, 19. 23%) and the non speakers were increased from 15 (64 group, 20.55%) to 26 (86 group, 50.00%) . Cosidering these results, we modified speech therapy for children with Cerebral Palsy which focused on improving motor speech disorders from pre-language stage, and developed to speech therapy which focuses on augmentative communication from pre-language stage.
