Abstract

食鳥肉からのサルモネラ検出を1日で行う方法として前増菌培養によるBactometer法およびサルモネララテックス凝集反応テストを併用した.またBactometer法の前培養に用いる3種類の増菌培地の選定やBactometer法の培養温度を調べた.さらに, Bactometer法のISS増菌培地および食鳥肉からの従来法によるサルモネラ検出を行った.<BR>1. 食鳥肉からのサルモネラ検出はBactometer法とラテックススライド凝集反応テストの併用によって1日で可能になった.<BR>2. サルモネラ検出法は, SBG増菌培地で43℃, 8時培養後, Bactometer法のISS増菌培地の37℃ 培養とラテックススライド凝集反応テストの併用が有効であった.

In a method practiced for the detection of <I>Salmonella</I> on chicken meat in one day, we used a Bactometer together with pre-enrichment broths and a Salmonella Rapid Latex Test. Three growth media used as pre-enrichment broths and the incubatory temperature were compared using the Bactometer.<BR>Impedance-Splitting Salmonella broth (BS) as a growth medium and the detection of <I>Salmonella</I> in chicken meat using a Bactometer were investigated in this study.<BR>1. <I>Salmonella</I> on chicken meat in one day could be detected using a Bactometer and the Rapid Latex Test at the same time.<BR>2. A Bactometer and the Rapid Latex Test are used together with ISS 37°C incubation for the detection of <I>Salmonella</I> after 8 h culture at 43°C in SBG (Selenite Billiant Green) medium.
