Abstract

トラクタの固有振動数は, 乗り心地振動の低減や中高速域で走行中の前輪浮遊による操舵不能等の問題に対して重要な役割を果たす。アングルを並列に配列した人工路面と非舗装農道を利用し, その上を速度を変えた走行を行い周波数応答試験を実施した。その際, 人工路では左右両輪がその上を走行する両側輪走行と, 片側輪走行を行い, それぞれバウンスとピッチモード, ロールモードを行った。非舗装路試験は, 実際の圃場や道路の状態でのトラクタの振動に近づけるために行った。パワースペクトル値を利用したキャンベル線図を用いて結果を解析した。本試験で使用したトラクタ車体の固有振動数は, バウンスとピッチモードで, 4.0~5.3Hz, ロール固有振動数は3.2Hzであった。

The dynamic behavior of a larger size tractor at higher working speeds was investigated using two types of frequency response tests by conducting a vertical and pitch mode experiment and roll mode experiment. The experiment was conducted by running the tractor with all wheels on the artificial test track and with the right side front and rear wheels of the tractor on the test track. The results of the investigation showed resonance in the frequency of 3.2Hz in the vertical mode of vibration and in the frequency of 4.3-4.8Hz in the pitch mode which were determined in the vertical and pitch mode experiment.<br>The existence of the roll mode of vibration was estimated to be in the lower frequency range of 0.9-1.7Hz and in the higher frequency range of 5.4-5.6Hz. The subharmonic frequencies that occurred within the speed range of 2.34-3.71m/s indicated the existence of nonlinear vibration characteristics of the tractor.
