Abstract

本報では, 茶摘採機フレームの自由端に集中質量を付加することにより把持部の振動軽減をはかるため, まず片持ち梁の自由端に付加した集中質量が振動に及ぼす影響を理論的に検討した。さらに, 市販の茶摘採機のフレームを単純化したH型モデルの自由端に付加した集中質量が振動に及ぼす影響を, 伝達マトリックス法により解析し検討した。その結果, 集中質量の付加が把持部振動軽減に有効であることが期待できた。そこで, 実際に市販の摘採機に集中質量を付加した結果, 把持部の振動軽減効果が認められた。

For the purpose of reduction of vibration transmitted to the hand from a portable type tea-plucking machine, this paper showed an approaching way which led to the reduction of vibration at the grip portion by providing additional mass at the free-end of the main frame. Firstly, the effects of the additional mass to the vibration node of cantilever were investigated by using the theoretical analysis. Secondly, the effects of an additional mass to the vibration at the grip point of H-type model were taken into account by refering numerical result derived from the transfer matrix method. As a result, it could be expected to point out the way for reducing the vibration at the grip point providing an additional mass. The effects of putting an additional mass were clearly recognized by indoor experiments for the reduction of vibration in prototype tea-plucking machine.
