カルシウムサルホアルミネートの水和に及ぼすホウ酸の影響 Effect of Boric Acid on Hydration of Calcium Sulfoaluminate

Abstract

カルシウムサルポアルミネート (4CaO・3Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>・SO<SUB>3</SUB>, CSA) 溶液とホウ酸溶液の反応によって高アルミナ水和物ゲルを得た.本研究では, この高アルミナ水和物ゲルの特性について述べる.高アルミナ水和物ゲルの溶解度は溶液のpHの影響を受けた.たとえば, pH=6付近では高アルミナ水和物ゲルの溶解度は最低になり, 高アルカリ域および高酸性域では溶解度は高くなった.このような高アルミナ水和物ゲルの特徴によりホウ酸溶液中においてCSAの水和反応の遅延が起きていた.したがって, ホウ酸溶液中におけるCSAの水和反応は溶液のpH変化によって制御が可能である.

The properties of Al-rich gelatinous materials precipitated from the filtered solution of tetracalcium sulfoaluminate (CSA) paste and the H<SUB>3</SUB>BO<SUB>3</SUB> solution were investigated in this study. Because of amphoteric properties of Al, the stability of Al-rich gelatinous materials depends on the pH of solution. For example, Al-rich gel had a low solubility around 6 of pH, but it had a high solubility in both high alkaline side and high acid side of pH. The change in solubility of Al-rich gel with pH had a major effect on retardation and re-activation of the hydration reaction of CSA with H<SUB>3</SUB>BO<SUB>3</SUB> solution. The hydration reaction of CSA with H<SUB>3</SUB>BO<SUB>3</SUB> solution can be controlled by changes in pH of solution.
