Abstract

新しいキレート試薬を合成し, 溶媒抽出濃縮法を併用するフレーム原子吸光法による海水中の亜鉛の定量法を研究した. 海水中のμg<I>l</I><SUP>-1</SUP>レベル量の亜鉛を5-メチルチオヘン-2-アルデヒド-4-フェニル-3-チオセミカルバゾン (5-MAPT) 錯体としてジイソプチルケトン中に抽出したのち, 直接フレーム原子吸光法で定量した. 人工海水に添加された亜鉛は定量的に回収された. 本法を用いて海岸表面海水中の亜鉛を定量し5.6~22.9μg<I>l</I><SUP>-1</SUP>の結果が得られた.

A rapid preconcentration method based on solvent extraction is described for the determination of zinc in sea water using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Micro amounts of zinc in the form of a 5-methylthiophen-2-aldehyde-4-phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazone complex were extracted from sea water in diisobutyl ketone (DIBK). Zinc is quantitatively separated and then concentrated from the chief ingredients of sea water, and the value of the recovery was more than 101.2% when artificial sea water was used. The concentration of zinc in coastal sea water was found to be 5.6-22.9μg<I>l</I><SUP>-1</SUP> using the proposed method.
