A nursing 31-year-old woman was seen at the hospital because of a left breast tumor measuring 2cm in diameter. A fibroadenoma was suspected since there was a well-demarcated tumor on palpation and ultrasonography. Biopsy specimen showed a yellowish mass with capsule. Histopathological study showed a lactating adenoma that was rich glandular cells' proliferation that formed tubular or acinar structure with secretion in sparse stroma.<br> Lactating adenoma is a rare entity. For differencial diagnosis, secreting gland and fibroadenoma are raised histopathologically and malignant tumor, fibroadenoma, and phyllodes tumor are raised clinically. However, this desease is hardly diagnosed preoperatively for its rare incidence. This desease should be kept in mind as breast tumor recognized in pregnant and nursing women.
