Abstract

症例は51歳女性で高血圧の既往なし.早朝突然急性左心不全を発症し,当科に搬入された.心電図は急性心筋梗塞様であり,軽度の心筋逸脱酵素上昇を認めたが,冠動脈に器質的狭窄はなく砂時計型の左室壁運動異常を呈していた.壁運動異常は数日で速やかに改善し退院したが,一カ月後に再度急性左心不全を発症.精査により褐色細胞腫が発見され,心不全の原因と判明した.原因不明の急性左心不全の鑑別上重要と考え報告する.
