抄録

The causes and treatments for hepatic or renal failure during perioperative period were described. Most organ failure cases have beene accompanied by background disorders of liver or kidney, preoperative evaluation and preparation are most essential for preoperative patients. A good communication between surgeons and anesthesiologists would result in much smaller surgical interventions. When organ failure has been once established, adequate circumstances for organ recovery and maintainance of homeostasis with supportive therapy would be mandatory. Organ transplantation is only the therapy for extinct organs. Consequently preventive and regenerative therapies are strongry expected. In our experimental data HSP 32 induction by SnCl2 would prevent development of renal failure.
