<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>The acid-treated Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes (MWNTs) was dropped on the surface of glassy carbon electrode to form a modified electrode. The MWNTs showed the strong catalytic activity for the electrochemical oxidation of nitric oxide (NO) and the catalytic currents were proportional to the NO concentrations in submicromolar range.</jats:p>
