抄録

A 62-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of a swelling of the night scrotal contents. With observaton after are operation for right inguinal herniation, an enlargement of the swelling in the right scrotum occurred. Computed thomographic (CT) scan demonstrated tumors which had another differentiation. These tumors were present in the scrotum to retroperitoneum and were diagnosted as liposarcoma. Exploratory laparotomy was carried out. The histological diagnosis of the tumors was pleomorphic type liposarcoma. Another well-differentiated liposarcoma was found behind the right kidney. From these findings, this case was thought to be of multicentric liposarcoma of the scrotum and retroperitoneum.
