• 胃と腎の同時性重複癌の4例

Abstract

今回われわれは, 胃・腎の同時性重複癌と診断し, 一期的に切除しえた4症例を経験したので報告する。4症例とも胃癌の術前精査にて偶然腎癌が発見された。胃癌はstage I Aが3例, stage III Bが1例であり, 腎癌はstage IIが3例, stage IIIが1例であった。各癌の進行度に応じて, 一期的に根治術がなされた。本邦での, 胃腎同時性重複癌に対する一期的手術例は自験例を含め, 57例であった。
