Abstract
The turbine flowmeter for the respiration measurement using bi-directional air turbine, which is suitable for wave energy conversion, is proposed and investigated experimentally by model testing. As a result, it is seems that the flow rate of reciprocating airflow can be obtained by the turbine flowmeter.
