抄録

Three dimensional velocity measurement using stereoscopic method is applied to micro channel flow. The stereoscopic method includes ordinarily complicated processes, such as setting camera parameters, matching spatial correlation between a pair of stereo images, and lastly calculating the three dimensional velocities. In this paper, these difficult processes are simplified by using telecentric lenses. The dimensions of channel section for the experiment are one hundred microns width and thirty microns depth. High resolution video cameras (1000 by 1000 pixel and 30 fps) and metal halide lamp are employed. Three dimensional velocity data in microchannel flow are obtained. Brownian motions of particles (2 micro meters diameter) are observed.
